VinFast is a new electric vehicle (EV) maker in the United States, and part of the massive Vietnamese conglomerate Vingroup. With a less-than-stellar debut of its VF 8 SUV in 2023 and a very small dealer network, it may take some time for VinFast to build a certified pre-owned program.
